“Back in the mid-summer of this year we started searching for contractor for our bathroom complete renovation. Since we are aging, we decided to remove the bath and to replace it with the shower and to install assistive devices such as grab bars, raised toilet seats, higher vanity, non-slippery ceramic tiles. We had consultations and got quotations from three other contractors before we engaged with Royal Home Improvements - as Classical 96.3 -FM listeners we heard of them. Although later than we planned, renovation started in mid-fall and was very efficient – complete bathroom demolition took only 3.5 hours and complete remodeling was done in 8 days. George and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and respectful. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of every day. The quality of their work was excellent. We are delighted with their work and we are showing our renovated bathroom to our friends and neighbours. We have another, smaller bathroom which was renovated two times already and we are not satisfied. If we decide to renovate it for the third time (the third time is a charm) we would definitely have Royal Home Improvement as contractor.”

“Home renovations come with unexpected glitches especially when they involve many elements requiring a variety of skills, e.g. Insulating, drywalling, tiling, painting and plumbing. Our recent bathroom renovation was no different. We chose Royal Home Improvements because they are a Renomark and BILD member, recommended by CARP, offer a 2-year warranty and, most importantly, assign a dedicated project manager to the job. Keith Rout was our project manager and was responsible for the successful completion of the renovation, from helping us to select tiling and fixtures, scheduling the crew members, literally going the extra mile by driving to multiple supply stores to find the right vanity, and in general troubleshooting and fixing issues. We have always found any type or reno very stressful and Keith was able to minimize this because of his communication skills and attention to detail. He was always reachable via phone or text, was very punctual, and patiently answered all our questions. So...thanks to Keith, and his crew!”

“Royal Home Improvements did a total renovation for us for our main bathroom, which was the original one for our 60 year old home and in very bad shape. They did a marvelous job with superb attention to doing things right, including assistance from Designer Victoriya in picking tiles, fixtures, vanity, tub, and toilet , followed by demolition, rebuilding, and very meticulous reconstruction installation and finishing work from installer Jesus, and in addition specialized wiring, plumbing and tiling work from an expert electrician, plumber and tiler. All of this was overseen by project manager Farhad. We did some price comparison with other reno contractors and the price was market rate for this kind of job. It was completed on time for us, as agreed, before Christmas. Outstanding!”

“When we had a major structural issue with our home which involved our kitchen, we called Royal Home Improvents. The owner, Paul came and looked at the job. He prepared a quote while sitting in our home. Paul also told us that a structural engineer would be needed and that anything else found would need to be quoted on at that time. Paul was very professional and helpful. Once Paul and the engineer returned, Paul gave us a revised all inclusive quote, again while sitting in our home, with nothing else to be added at a later date. He also explained that because we were members of CARP he would not charge any GST. Paul also ensured that the job would be started immediately, and the workmen would continue until the job was complete, not leaving to go to other jobs. Throughout the contract, which lasted exactly one month, Paul was always there to assist us with problems. He was available at any time on his cell phone or through the office if it was not urgent. Whenever we called, Paul very quickly stepped in and got the problems solved. Dealing with Royal Home Improvements was easy and painless, and they lived up to their promise of adhering to the quote, not asking for any extras. The job was completed on time and the finished project was as promised. We have no problems in recommending Royal Home Improvements as a safe, reliable, honest and customer focused company. “We had consultations with three other renovators, but when my friend told me about her experience with Royal Home Improvements, I knew I had to schedule a meeting with them too.
My daughter and I met with Paul Napolitano and from the first meeting we noticed something very different. He listened intently while I explained a complete renovation to 2 washrooms (with renos to make one even bigger). He made notes and offered really good solutions.. he really seemed to care about working on this project. After Paul left, we knew we had found the right company to do the renovations and after reading the reviews we were confident Royal Home Improvements would provide quality results. George, the main contractor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. At the end of each day, after cleaning up both rooms he would take me around to show me what was done and also what was going to be done the next day. George and his team worked quietly and consistently throughout the project. He was meticulous and I am grateful for his keen eye for design, finishes and materials.
Everything happened the way Paul said it would. The work began on February 14th and by the 25th only the glass shower enclosures still needed to be inserted. By March 12th everything was pretty much done including an inspection from the project manager.
I would recommend Royal Home Improvements to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and professional company who will provide timely, professional, and quality results. Both washrooms have turned out beautifully!!.”
